A Grain Free Diet is super-hot right now, and there’s a reason for it. It works! Going grain free helps people lose weight, detoxify their bodies, gain energy, prevent disease, and overcome illness!
In a nutshell, Grain-Free “Paleo” is a “caveman’s diet” (or cavewoman’s). This means that it’s the same sort of diet a caveman followed millions of years ago, and is based off of the idea of eating what you can find. The diet consists of whole foods like nuts, seeds, fish, meat, healthy fats, fruits, and veggies.
But I LOVE grains!
